Bush House, a stunning country house, has been completely refurbished to provide high quality offices in a mature parkland setting.

The accommodation will be offered at a fixed price to include rent, rates, power, water, reception and telephone infrastructure. In addition, broadband internet connection, furniture, variable office layout and 24-hour Service Centre support are included.

Bush House has 5,599 sq ft available to let.  The five offices, which range from 150 – 500 sq ft (14 – 47 sq m) are available either individually or in suits on simplified leases (with a minimum lease length of one year).

Occupiers will also have the ability to buy additional services on a ‘pay as you go’ basis from a menu of options. These optional services include the hire of meeting rooms, catering, secretarial support and switchboard services.

Conferences and events

In 2007 alone, Bush House hosted over 100 conferences and events for organisations including the Scottish Enterprise, NHS and the SQA.

Bush House offers meeting and conference rooms to accommodate 6 – 100 people; catering facilities are also available on request.
