Edinburgh Technopole is fully broadband enabled. We have partnered with Adapt to deliver a fibre optic network around the park. This means that occupiers can access a full range of services from high-speed internet connectivity from 0.5 meg to 100 meg; to firewalls, virus scanning and remote data back-up, occupiers can choose from a menu of services from the day they take occupation.

Edinburgh Technopole is at the heart of a cluster of internationally recognised institutions, comprising a community of around 100 companies and around 1,500 research staff, including The University of Edinburgh's Vet School. Lothian Buses provide two bus routes to the Bush Estate. The No. 37, 47, X47 and 15 buses stop at the Gowkley Moss roundabout every 15 minutes, a short walk from the Edinburgh Technopole. The No. 15A bus stops at the entrance to the Edinburgh Technopole.

There is a link road between Technopole and the neighbouring Pentlands Science Park to allow access to their canteen. Independent mobile caterers visit the park on a daily basis providing a variety of filled rolls, snacks and drinks.
