Judith Sanderson

Judith has been based at Edinburgh Technopole for over 10 years, and has overseen the continued growth of the park. This has included the addition of new buildings, refurbishment of the Grade A listed Bush House and the resultant increase in occupiers.   More recently Judith has been instrumental in achieving both ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 for the site.   Judith works closely with the significant partners involved in the Midlothian Science Zone and helps to actively promote the Park and tenants to a wider audience, on both and national and international stage.   The gradual regeneration of Edinburgh has attracted bright new businesses to the local economy; Judith’s aim is to help this continue, create more high value jobs and support the success of companies.

Our Approach

For centuries, Scotland’s capital has been a hub for business and innovation. The Technopole is at the heart of the Midlothian Science Zone; a unique collaboration of science, research and technology parks providing a supportive community, access to knowledge, expertise and premium facilities. It is this concentration of intellect and innovation, with more than 2000 staff and approximately 100 companies that make it the most enterprising area in Scotland.

The University of Edinburgh, one of the world’s foremost research and teaching universities, underpins this important cluster, alongside dynamic leading international organisations, such as the Roslin Institute, the Moredun Institute, Pentlands Science Park, The Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies (Dick Vet), and SRUC.

Edinburgh Technopole is also a member of the UK Science Park Association (UKSPA) giving companies access to a wealth of knowledge and resource.

The Management team based at Edinburgh Technopole provide immediate solutions to any questions.
